Commercial permit applications can have a wide-ranging set of requirements based on the type of business occupying a structure and the nature of the construction. For instance, the permit applications and processes are drastically different for a small office tenant improvement project versus construction of a new restaurant, which would include health department review and approval. Regardless of the project type, rest assured, Island County Permitting will simplify the process as much as possible.
